1979 International Harvester Scout Traveler Body Work
Ok, here we have the spray-in
bedliner. Its a "raptor liner" by U-Pol and I recommend it for a very easy
to apply liner. It does not have the rubber chunks in it and takes a
texture just from the spray pressure. I think its going to set up a bit
rubbery, as opposed to hard as nails like a Linex, which should help with sound.
It has to cure for a week, so perhaps it will continue to dry and harden.
I was able to walk on it with socks in only a couple hours. Also shown
here are the stripes, emblems painted to match car paint, and the top painted
white. I run the top in the winter as its the plow truck. I may have
to buy an "old" truck to plow with though!
I am pretty happy with what I
perceive to be the rust-proof nature of the liner, as I did the door interiors,
door bottoms, rockers, floors, and up underneath the cab as well.
Man, this thing really needs the new
wheels and 33's though!
